Order terms
- Pending orders can be canceled, but once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled.
- Orders in the process of being picked will be shipped within 1-3 business days.
- Shipped orders will typically be delivered within 1-5 business days (excluding national holidays and outlying islands).
- For delivered orders, you can request a return within 7 days (this is not a trial period). Returns are subject to the products being kept intact, including the main product, gifts, and packaging. If there are missing or damaged items due to personal factors, PERS. ACTIVE LAB reserves the right to accept or reject the return.
- For delivered orders, you can share your product reviews and usage experiences.
- For return orders, once PERS. ACTIVE LAB receives the returned products, confirms their completeness, and ensures that the refund information is accurate, the refund process will be completed within 1-7 business days.
※ The distribution of coupons will be adjusted according to the gift mechanism of each activity. PERS. ACTIVE LAB reserves the right to modify or change the qualification for members to participate in activities.
