4 Supplements for Healthy Hair, Skin, and Nails

I always recommend a healthy diet that includes green leafy vegetables, millet, nuts, legumes, fish, and eggs for healthy skin, hair, and nails. In addition to a balanced diet, here are four supplements that can help improve their health:
 
1. Omega-3 Fatty Acids - Organic salmon fish oil is a great source of EPA and DHA, which can help improve hair, skin, and nail health. It is recommended to take a total daily dose of 2000 mg of EPA and DHA.
 
2. Evening Primrose Oil - This supplement nourishes hair, skin, and nails by providing Omega-6 Fatty Acids. The minimum recommended dose is 500 mg per day.
 
3. Vitamin D - This key vitamin is essential for healthy bones and immunity. A safe starting dose is 1000 IU of Vit D3 per day.
 
4. Brahmi - Brahmi has been used in Indian households as an adaptogen for a long time. It increases microcirculation in the hair roots, skin, and nails. It is recommended to take Brahmi tablets with milk.
