  • Credit Card Payment.

    After completing an order on the PERS. ACTIVE LAB official website, the webpage will be transferred to the CC Avenue payment page, which is a third-party payment platform; the entire transaction uses encryption mechanism, and the credit card information will not be stored on the website.

  • The normal shipping time for orders across India is 2 to 5 working days (calculated based on the order confirmation date). The actual shipping time is still adjusted according to the order volume, and may be shipped earlier or later. In the event of natural disasters/holidays/incorrect order information/hot-selling products (such as large pre-orders), the arrival may be delayed.You will be notified via text message or email regarding your order status.。

  • Invoice will be included with every order

  • We do not accept return of the products sold. In case the product is wrongly delivered or damaged, we will replace it with the correct one. Please keep the product intact (including the main product, gifts and packaging). If there are missing parts, damage or other personal factors, PERS. Active Lab reserves the right to accept returns or not.

  • We will notify you by e-mail and SMS. PERS. ACTIVE LAB will bear the shipping fee.

  • PERS. ACTIVE LAB reserves the right to accept or reject an order. If it is unable to accept your order due to accidents or other circumstances, we will contact you by phone or MAIL for order processing or refund. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

  • If the order cannot be shipped due to PERS. ACTIVE LABs subjective factors, it will be canceled directly without prior notice.
