Under-Eye Lifts & Pulses for a Refreshed Look : Tone, Lift, and Reduce Shadowing
Hollow eyes come from fat loss, thin skin, or weak under-eye and cheek muscles, causing shadows and a sunken look that make you appear tired.
Following exercises can help:
-
Under-eye lift: rest ring fingers on the orbital bone, look up and slowly lift the lower lids toward the upper lids 10-15 slow reps to engage the orbicularis oculi
-
V pose: form a V with index + middle fingers (one at inner brow, one at outer eye), apply light pressure, look up and gently squint the lower lids, hold 3-5 s, repeat 8-10 times to lift outer eye and cheek.
-
Eye pulses: support the brow with fingertips and make small, rapid upward pulses of the lower lids or do gentle rapid blinks for 20-30 s to boost circulation and tone.
-
Routine & safety: do these once daily, keep movements gentle, never pull the skin; stop if you feel pain.
-
Supportive care: hydrate, prioritize sleep, use moisturizer and daily sun protection; see a dermatologist if hollowness is severe or sudden.
